We felt at home, Mme Dianne the children Daniella & Nathalie are very,very nice. The garden ,the view , the manager Genifer could not be better . We very strongly recommend staying there. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was beautiful housekeeping making cute shapes with towels. Staff were always polite.. Thank you.

All taking the short golf cart shuttle that will ride you there to enjoy all the Thalasso Spa facilities. I didn't expect this, but this is a proper country golf club. It is quiet and overlooks the golf course and a small lake. The scenery from our balcony was superb. The golf course nearby is a pleasure to walk through in the early morning. This hotel is a perfect relaxation gateway from the noisy city. The staff is excellent, friendly, and very responsive. Big shout to Gerges Mounir, who helped us through the hurdles of checking in and booking. Definitely a great experience staying in this hotel.
