Really really friendly and helpful staff, and their services went beyond just the hotel; we forgot some small jewelry and a Kindle at the hotel, and they arranged for it to be delivered all the way in Allapuzha! We’ve never really seen such service before, and I’ll be coming back again here as well as suggesting my friends the property.

Property was good with lot of activities, the view from the balcony was beautiful, the behaviour of staff was soo good front office house keeping and the restaurant staff all are professionals and well mannered my family was soo happy.

This is a hidden gem of a place! It was absolutely wonderful to stay here in every way. The staff are all amazing and the rooms are dooo beautiful snd tasteful and the views are dreamily breathtaking. The private beach was much larger than expected and absolutely beautiful.

Location is on Bolgatty Island, away from the city noise and away from the pullution, easy eccess, facing the beautiful lake, has a nice walk way, I like the whole staffs, swimming pools, the gym, cycling option, kayaks & the club house facilities. the breakfast was amazing...

Offering Ayurvedic Treatments under Doctor consultation, yoga, meditation and nature-based wellness , Sitaram Mountain Retreat is set in midst of a spice plantation with valley view in Munnar. We have stayed at this resort recently a week back for 3 nights. I must say that stay here was not only break from our routine, but also helped us to re-energize ourselves. This is not just a resort, but it also offers meditation and yoga center. As we were family of 4 having 2 kids with us, we were given a suite-room. Room was very specious and clean. Every minute detail in room was very well taken care. The bathrooms were clean too and also spacious. To our surprise, bathrooms didn't just have bath-tubs, but also had jacuzzi in it. We also enjoyed complimentary programs at resort such as morning bird watching, yoga session in morning, jeep safari to tea-garden, night bonfires etc. The food here though has only veg options, it's very delicious. We were always served with fresh and hygiene food and that too very tasty. Owner of resort Mr. Harish personally take care of guests and is also very kind person. One thing, you may take care is if you are driving with your own car, you may park this on main road and use complimentary resort jeep ride arrangement to avoid steep road driving from main road to resort. Rest our overall stay here was memorable and had wonderful experience.
