Resort Was beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. All areas felt like they had thought off, it’s a beautiful place and delight to stay. It has nice walks, bonfire place, water stream, walking or cycling option, gym, clean and well maintained swimming pool. Rooms are beautiful, with everything that one would want to make your vacation feel like one. We had taken the room with Mountain View, we had reasonable view, some of it was blocked by huge trees, we spotted few animals, it had a balcony, it had huge glass windows which was a delight to just lie down and enjoy the nature. It has good Wi-Fi signal through out the property. Reception The receptionist Sujit was very courteous, friendly, polite and very helpful. Manager We met Arijit- he is the organisational consultant. He was again extremely nice, pleasant, friendly. He took extremely good care of us through out our stay. He made us feel very special. He went there extra length to make sure we got original South Indian food, he got the chef to speak to is ensuring we got the food that we wanted. We wanted to watch the final football match, he made sure the projector was setup and even offered all the guests complimentary tea coffee and snacks. A small gesture which didn’t cost much but the effect was phenomenal on all of us. Staff All the staff have been trained to make all the guests feel special. They are very pleasant, polite and helpful, it was a delight interacting with all of them. They served with a smile and genuinely cared. Chef Benny Varghese came to us and made sure food was to our taste, he even cooked us original South Indian food. Waiter Altaf made us feel special with his very polite manner and smiling face. Food We enjoyed everything we ordered, we thought it was reasonably priced too for a resort. 5 stars to the chef Benny- he can cook really well and 5 stars to his team who serves the guests with a smile.

They even had emergency medication with them. 2) Great facilities, there's a small gym room, Pool, nice landscaping and a pleasant ambience. 3) location was ideal for me, it was not too far away from Munnar and was located such that everything can be covered in a short duration. 4) the view from the room, the beds, towels and everything was great!

Offering Ayurvedic Treatments under Doctor consultation, yoga, meditation and nature-based wellness , Sitaram Mountain Retreat is set in midst of a spice plantation with valley view in Munnar. One of the best property during our Kerala’s visit better than a 5 star hotel. Very spacious and you can see the passion with each room and every object is designed. They have multiple activities where they bring guests together like Yoga, Meditation, Bonfire and create a society feeling where you can interact with other guests. An excellent staff and owner and food was excellent too. We will definitely recommend this to everyone and will stay again there.
