Resort Was beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. All areas felt like they had thought off, it’s a beautiful place and delight to stay. It has nice walks, bonfire place, water stream, walking or cycling option, gym, clean and well maintained swimming pool. Rooms are beautiful, with everything that one would want to make your vacation feel like one. We had taken the room with Mountain View, we had reasonable view, some of it was blocked by huge trees, we spotted few animals, it had a balcony, it had huge glass windows which was a delight to just lie down and enjoy the nature. It has good Wi-Fi signal through out the property. Reception The receptionist Sujit was very courteous, friendly, polite and very helpful. Manager We met Arijit- he is the organisational consultant. He was again extremely nice, pleasant, friendly. He took extremely good care of us through out our stay. He made us feel very special. He went there extra length to make sure we got original South Indian food, he got the chef to speak to is ensuring we got the food that we wanted. We wanted to watch the final football match, he made sure the projector was setup and even offered all the guests complimentary tea coffee and snacks. A small gesture which didn’t cost much but the effect was phenomenal on all of us. Staff All the staff have been trained to make all the guests feel special. They are very pleasant, polite and helpful, it was a delight interacting with all of them. They served with a smile and genuinely cared. Chef Benny Varghese came to us and made sure food was to our taste, he even cooked us original South Indian food. Waiter Altaf made us feel special with his very polite manner and smiling face. Food We enjoyed everything we ordered, we thought it was reasonably priced too for a resort. 5 stars to the chef Benny- he can cook really well and 5 stars to his team who serves the guests with a smile.

Food quality is really wonderful and very tasty . A lot to tell about this property. But moreover if you going to Wayanad just experience serene way of service.

El Wayanad Wild ofrece alojamiento en Lakkidi y habitaciones con vistas a las copas de los árboles y baño. El establecimiento alberga un restaurante. We went for some birds and nature, and got exactly what we were looking for! The room had a balcony facing deep forest so we saw birds and monkeys from our room. They have guided nature hikes at various times of the day and we stayed enough days to do both long and short hikes, early morning, afternoon, evening. The naturalists are super knowledgeable and have amazing eyesight and skills to notice and point out the tiny frogs, hidden snakes, emerging cicadas, and occasional langur. When they warn you about leeches, heed their advice! They provided gumboots and leech-protection tall "socks" and still we got bitten, but you get used to it. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was tasty (good thing, since there's no where else for miles around!) Everyone was super nice. We'd love to go back.

Boutique resort with few rooms so it's nice and quiet. Manager Thomas is very conscientious and responsive. We felt well looked after. The view from our rooms was sensational. Aryuveda massage and steam bath can be arranged, very good. Pool looked great, I regret not bringing my swim suit. Breakfast is very good and we had a very good time.

We stayed at the Mountain Exotic Glamps at Mount Xanadu Resort for 3 nights. It was a splendid experience for us. The glamp stay was awesome, with luxurious inside, amenities and a beautiful view of the mountains and valley. The staff were really professional and helpful . They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Special shout out to the gentlemen who was doing the live music at dinner, his songs made dinner time all the more enjoyable. Another highlight was High Tea , with the view of the beautiful surroundings. They have an ayurvedic spa which will surely leave you relaxed and rejuvenated. We had an early check out, so the staff packed fruits and water for us for the trip back. These small gestures elevate Xanadu's service to another level. Highly recommended! Suggestions to improve: Increase size of TV. Leave a booklet with local activities inside the room for guests to review.
