It's the perfect place to chill out...right on the seafront...very nicely decorated rooms..clean and well appointed. The owners went to the 7 11 for me when I needed a few things...it's a fair walk so it was much appreciated. Restaurant is good, fair priced and offering a good selection of western and Thai food. Owners and staff are excellent and ensure everything is taken care of during your stay. Can't recommend the place highly enough for an escape from the crowds...perfect.

It really comes up with a jungle feeling. The food was very tasty and authentic, real original Thai cuisine. Chef Wirot was incredibly helpful in all matters: shuttle service, great tips for excursions (including his scooter) and even took us on a private Sun Rise tour in the jungle. The food, cooked by Wirot's wife, was very tasty and authentic - real original Thai cuisine. If you want to experience the original Thailand, this is the place for you: we were the only foreigners there. We will visit the Khao Luang again and then definitely again at Wirot in the Kung Nok Tha Resort.
