The shop in the middle is a scammer. Prices changed constantly, hope the manager sorts that guy out and gets someone else in

Amazing time, amazing staff

The cleaning part was average if to compare it with other hotels we've been in Turkey. Lunch was OK but with a smaller selection (provably by design). I only mention it here because of the big difference vs dinners. A bit far from city center (20 minutes by bus). Gym was not to the level of a 5 stars Hotel.

By far the food exceeded any expectations. Especially dinners. Room was big. Staff was friendly. Plenty of options to spend time and have fun during the day. Clean sea. Big swimming pool for a good workout.

I paid for a side sea view but I got first floor and there were two trees in front of my balcony and a massive air-conditioning unit on right side blocking any sea view! Private beach was narrow and there were stones and pebbles on the sea floor, so swim was not enjoyable. Nightly entertainment was in open air amphitheatre as it was cold at night I didn't attend There were always short staff in the restaurant, there was no room to sit as table not get cleared and people have to go and get their drinks as waiters were too few and too busy One of worst features was bathroom door in my room. It is made of flimsy plywood, not even painted so person in the room can hear your business !

The food was average, great variety but taste could be better. Also there were some hours between lunch and dinner where there was nothin to eat, not even snacks.

Great facilities, clean and modern rooms, the guest manager Oxsanna was lovely and kind.

There is no iron in the room or to be provided by reception. You have to pay per item if you want them washed and/or pressed. Mirrors in room are very dark would benefit from them having a light Drink selection could have been better although all of these points didn't ruin our holiday, we would come back here again

Was a fantastic hotel for what we paid, the entertainment during the day and every evening was great. The grounds were always kept clean rooms comfortable. Staff were always so friendly and polite. Food selection always something different to eat.

staff was not warmly for Turkish people. they only cares about people who comes from abroad. room was smell bad. and not easy to take shower cause water temperature changes itself suddenly. Spa employees were not happy. And they not even look at your face.

Food was delicious! Location and view was really good. We only like night show at amphitheater. Not others.

Personally the food was not amazing for me however I believe that depends on you as a person! The room above us we’re extremely noisy through the night keeping us up. When this was mentioned to reception/customer services we were told we could only be moved to the room next door however they would ask the guests above us to keep the noise down which did not happen.

A lovely property with lots to do and amazing evening entertainment. Amazing for people who like to be by the pool/beach during the day or also do activities. The evening entertainment was amazing but also offered a quiet space to sit down without being involved in the entertainment

This hotel has problem with either hot or cold water supply, as shower can go from ice cold to boiling hot in a span of few seconds while you’re taking it. It applies to any room either in the main building, or villas. Absolutely disappointing room experience at the main building. No toiletries, AC is barely working, noisy, dirty. Cafeteria experience is rather puzzling and slow. Most hot dishes are being served by staff, when it’s not really necessary. It look to me as an inefficient approach, as I visited other Turkish hotels before where there was no such experience and everything worked well. Entertainment program is pretty poor, evening shows are rare and not good. Overall this hotel left me with a bag of mixed feelings.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Was lucky to get room upgrade from large double room to suite for 30€ at night. When I had a medical condition, everyone was about to help me. Staff in the kids club is amazing. This is probably the best part of this hotel’s experience. For sport, there are free fitness classes (not good experience), free tennis lessons (good experience), archery and mountain bikes. IMO, really good selection of sport activities if you can handle doing sports when it’s insanely hot outside. Villa suite room turned out to be far superior than the main building room, offering two ACs that actually work, better cleaning and nice views of the bay. Food is good, desert are delicious, there’s also dedicated kids section so it takes less mental toll on trying to figure out what to give your toddler to eat.

Rooms was not at 5 stars hotel level. Bathroom sliding door was missing , air condition was not functioning well. Totally surprised how they are giving this sort of rooms to the guests.
