Positive section of review
The staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are big, clean, the beds are comfortable, it is quiet most of the time. The breakfast is good, not many options, but what they offer is good. It is very good for people who come to discover the city, and not to spend too much time in the hotel, but want a nood night rest. It is good value for money.

It is quite far from public transport, and from main attractions. It is perfect for people who like to walk. Eminonu/Egyptian Bazar, Beyazit Square are at about 20 minutes walk. There are a lot of constructions sites in the area, and in the evening it is not very inviting, but I did not feel unsafe. The property should make clear on Booking that they want to charge in cash or that they ask for 20% tax on credit card payment, so that customers can be prepared. It did not apply to me, but it was asked of me.

Close to the airport, which was good for one night of stay. Comfortable room, good sound insulation. Breakfast modest, but tasty, and of good quality. Walking distance from the sea.

There are enough bathrooms for a big group and it's very convenient. The pool is clean and big enough. The host was amazing and responded for every request very quickly.

The beds were not comfortable, the billows , the hotel is old need to be renovated. There is no metro station or tramy. Even the bus station is 15 mins walking distance. The wifi is Soooo bad in the rooms it keeps disconnecting. The buffet can have more variety.

The food was average, great variety but taste could be better. Also there were some hours between lunch and dinner where there was nothin to eat, not even snacks.

1) The WIFI connection is the worst I have experienced from hotels, it barely worked, and I had to run on mobile data during the period of my stay 2) The pillows are small and flat, not fluffy and not supportive, worst pillow I have had from hotels. 3) The mattress is a bit bumpy 4) There is mold spot in the corner of the shower space 5) They don't allow guests to bring food from outside

No hot water as the hotel only has solar boiler. The hotel does not have central heating and had electric heaters is rooms but communal areas were freezing cold. The food was very tasty but double the price of the food in Istanbul. Flat rate 600 TL
