There are no mosquito nets. You have to pay for the safe and for the Internet in the room (it is free only in the lobby). The managers should ensure that there are no reservations made with the towels on the sunbeds.

Food was tasty. The sandy beach is wonderful. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are comfy and very well insulated. Big garden and plenty of parking lots. Good entertainment.

- 3rd bed (sofa bed) used by one of my kid wasn’t comfortable. - Difficult to get vacant poolside chair as people would either put the towels early in the morning or leave it there for the whole time - very far from Antalya airport, takes at least 90 mins in a normal traffic from and to the airport - Food was mostly mild with no spice, not closer to the taste of south Asian people :-)

As noted by many, the food is just average. But the choice is good and considering the price, you wouldn't expect more. Some reception staff is rude. Too many waiters at the restaurant.

Absolutely unbeatable value for money. Great location, right on one of the best beaches in Avsallar. A lot of activities, especially for kids. Nice green area around the hotel. Mostly nice staff.

The hotel itself needs renovation. We were in this hotel 8 years ago, at that time the facilities were great but since that time no renovation has been done. The door in our room couldn’t be closed properly, the door lock was broken, there was a strong smell of canalization a few times and the drain in the shower was logged. Constant noise from the road even with closed balcony door. No WiFi in the rooms. Tourists could be more environmentally cautious and not leave lots of plastic rubbish and cigarettes bulls on the beach, in the evening the sea was quite dirty :/ the staff on the beach tries their best to keep the place clean (thanks to Ali), but it’s very sad how irresponsible the guests are to leave empty water bottles right close to water and smoke everywhere instead of doing that in specific places on the beach!

The hotel territory is very green and well-kept, nice sandy beach, good service and friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is very good as always👌 Lots of entertainment for guests. Spa zone is recommended to visit. Special thanks to Burak, a chiropractor, and the whole team of massage therapists. The reception staff was always friendly and eager to help, actually all the staff was very nice and attentive :)

Rooms facing to the road are noisy. Also, please repair the door in room 3222 because it is not locking sometimes.

The hotel is located in Avsallar between Pegasos Royal and Pegasos Club hotels. Even the hotel was in mid-range prices, the catering was really good. The territory of the hotel was green, rooms were recently renovated but the best part of this hotel is its beach. It is sandy beach with clean warm water and it is not overcrowded.

-We were surprised that a 5-star hotel like this did not provide any toiletries. The bathrooms had nothing but 2 dispensers one labeled hand wash and one labeled shampoo/body wash. We thought for sure there would be toothbrush/toothpaste, but there wasn't any even after asking reception. So you have to buy those things from the hotel shops. -The air conditioning in the room was not good. Maintenance came to fix it and cleaned out the AC filter and it became ok but still not great. I guess that was because their AC system was kind of old. -We had a very bad experience with the taxi driver that the hotel provided for us upon check-out. He told us one price when we got in, and later when we reached the destination he changed the rate and tried to scam us in every way possible. When we tried to negotiate with him and ask why he is asking for more, he became very rude and even threw our money on the road. It was appalling. The hotel should really take more care in which drivers they work with.

-It's a huge property, and among the 3 Pegasos hotels, there's always an activity or event, so you'll never get bored. There are also many pools and fun slides as well. -The beach was amazing. It's all a very soft sand. You won't find any pebbles on the beach or even in the water. - The restaurant staff was great - always ready to bring drinks and checking on the tables. -Great food with a lot of variety. -The Sunset Bar, especially at night, was amazing (but extra fee).

Well ,lot to tell and express my self about this an amazing Hotel. 1-i would thank from deep heart big top notch Chefs (Ramdan,Atahan,Yasar) and can't remember his Name Chef who works in restaurant (Street Food) for being cooking very delicious non repetitive food at the hotel and checking and making sure food is going Hot and well served. 2-thank you very much Also for whole Waiter & waitress who also worked very hard and always with wonderful smile on their faces. 3-i would suggest to any one willing to visit Antalya,pick this Hotel and you won't be despointed. 4-also thank to Entertainment Staff who works very hard to make you enjoying your Vacation (MUSTAPHA)big Bravo and (SASA) also and other entertainment Girls. 5- thank to Olga also she being very helpful and well knowing her Job.

I travel all the time and i did not see such a helpful reception in any other hotel. Hotel has excellent location with wonderful beach which has special sand. Food is good. Pegasos has 3 hotels next to each other in sane territory and you can walk through other hotels and join the activities also there. This makes the facilities bigger and more attractive. I will come here again. Also thanks a lot from the reception Abdurrahman, Eda and Mahmut. Wonderful hospitality.

The staff could work better at dinnertime. Nobody was asking us what to drink but when we were eating and not finished yet our meal they were ready to take our dishes away while we didnt finished yet. This made me really angry because even lions wont be distrubted while eating.

Mattresses were a disaster ! It’s a shame to have this at 5 star hotel . We asked to replace those 2 days every time listening that it’s impossible, after finally housekeeper managed to get us normal mattress . But ! She left the old mattresses in our room and refused to take them away , so we had to live with them for few days and that also didn’t make us happy . So far we were able to sleep normally it was not already such a big issue . Also this hotel is not non-smokers friendly . They do not divide rooms into smoking or non - smoking . Firstly we were offered the room after somebody smoking was living there , smell was awful and we had to change . But even after changing the room the smell was coming through balcony so we had to keep balcony closed all time , no fresh air . For us it was super not comfortable . Also was very annoying that to book the restaurant a La carts seems is a big problem, luckily Olesya managed to help us . Also still about mattress - was annoying to listen that it’s impossible from the reception and pity that such basic thing which we are not supposed to worry about at 5 star hotel had to take us so much energy , time and nerves . Very disappointing. Also no bathrobe clothes available in the room . And no mosquito nets and repellents in the room .

Beach was great : clean and location is also good . Some staff was helpful - special thanks to Olesya that helped us a lot ..The food was not bad , good variety, though nothing extraordinary . Large territory, many activities to do .

Too many extra services, especially for children (even ice cream and popcorn in the evening), oldies instead of hits, there were not any interesting activities in the kids club for childern under 5 years, low quality of the alcohol and concentrates instead of juices, no fast food to eat before dinner time, because you should pay for fast food.

Large territory, amazing beach, interesting evening animation, good variety of food during the meals, good cleaning.
