Overall proximity to the tourist attractions. And the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Especially Orhan (manager), who was really special and made us feel at home with his top-notch hospitality, special shoutout to him to make our stay memorable.

We booked this hotel only because of the spa and swimming pool. They have small swimming pool, and sauna, turkisch bath and steaming room, but the problem is that the whole spa area is very cold, and the water in the pool is cold, it is not heated. If you want to go only in sauna then maybe it is ok. You have to pay the spa and pool additionally, it is not included in the room price (we knew that before booking).

The breakfast was great, various salads, dishes, eggs, cheeses, cookies, bread. The only thing that could be better is to put some toast and sausages. The stuff and Orhan as a owner are great, very kind and helpful! Very clean hotel, rooms are cleaned each morning. Hotel is very close to the center, 10min by train, and the train is few minutes walking from the hotel. It can be a little noise, since it is vivid area with a lot of shops, hotels...

As our room was right next to the restaurant, occasionally we had a bit of noise coming through from there but we were so tired from exploring the city that it didn’t really bother us.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our concierge Orhan helped us with a very good value taxi to the airport at the end of our stay, and sent us complimentary fruit plates as it was my girlfriend’s birthday. The location is also great, very close to tram and bus hubs and a half hour easy walk from the main tourist district of Sultanahmet. And finally breakfast was very good.

I would like to recommend this hotel. The breakfast is really good with a lot of variety, the rooms are clean and always well organized and the hotel staff is always happy to help. As a benefit for a budget tourist were is a direct bus from airport to the metro station AKSARAY the hotel Just 10 minutes’ walk away from this place. It was incredibly helpful

- There was no soap at the sink in the bathroom, you had to get it from the shower which was a bit annoying - The $10 charge for use of the pool facilities is a little excessive. It's a nice area but the pool is not very warm

- Orhan the host is incredibly helpful and friendly. He was in contact before our stay on Whats App and arranged a transfer to and from the airport. - The breakfast has lots of options and was very fresh and tasty - Comfortable bed and spacious room for 3 adults - Big shower

It was one of the most beautiful experiences we've had. The food was delicious and diversified, and the hospitality was at another level. Every day the rooms are cleaned and you get new towels and new room slippers. Everything you need, Mr Orhan is there to help you. He is one of the most respectful and nice men we meet.
