We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt was New York so its hard to get parking in the first place. I did see some cosmetic issues, i.e. the table: the legs were broken upon arrival, the shower: the shower didn't have a door which allowed water to splash out.
There was no breakfast, but the area had a plethora of options to choose from for anytime of day! So it was exciting!

NigeriaThe management/staff were very unwilling to help with any requests. Considering there's no reception staff on the ground, one would expect the hotel/ apartment to have an easily reachable customer service/guest relation number. Unfortunately, the numbers provided were almost always unreachable. In my 13 years of traveling around the world as a protocol officer, the guest relations I experienced here is perhaps the worst.

United StatesThere are lots of little touches that would make this place much better. For example, the kitchen set does not have knives to cut anything or drain board to wash dishes or a dishwasher (so where do the clean dishes go?). The bathroom has very little shelf space and there is no shelf in the shower (so put my soaps on the ground?). There weren't enough towels to go around for my weeklong stay (especially since I was using bathroom towels as dishtowels since none were provided), and there were no extra blankets or linens in the room and barely enough hangers (even though there was a nice iron and ironing board). Little things like this would have made this place an 8 or 9 for me rather than a 7. Also, the location is not the greatest. It's an 8-10 minute walk to the subway, which isn't bad, but on one side of the building the walk does not feel the safest (dark streets, lots trash, not very visible). Also, the location worked ok for me because I was working in Harlem while I was there, but it took 45-60 mins and several transfers to get to lower Manhattan so made it hard to feel motivated to go explore the city. The unit also really could have used blackout curtains because the floor to ceiling windows which let in lots of natural light also make it hard to sleep past 7am, and the proximity to a busy street means there's also a lot of street noise.
This unit was a great value for the price. Everything was incredibly clean, the furnishings were all updated, the bathroom was very nice and spacious. The building has an incredible gym and a great business center and lounge so plenty of space to hang out it. The kitchenette and mini-fridge were a nice touch. The room as a good size with two desk areas, a small sofa and coffee table, and a comfy queen size bed with a pretty nice big screen TV that had easy internet access. It was generally a pretty easy stay and a good value compared to what other things in NYC cost.

SwitzerlandI didn't know what to expect considering all the different commentaries I read online but the room was exactly like the pictures, clean and cosy, the building was easy to find and I hadn't any problems to get into it or into my room. It's not a hotel, so you can't expect all the different services you usually have with one but that does the job. That's why it's so affordable. It's close to the subway so you can go very fast to Manhattan. We had a nice stay with my wife for our week in NYC and we were satisfied with the Global Luxury Suites at the Arches.

United StatesCouldn’t gain access too my room for hours anytime I called for help they said they’d call me back never did couldn’t access my room until 9:30 at night which was a waste of my money terrible customer service from Leo he was rude and very unprofessional he should get written up if not I’m already in the process of having my lawyer reach out to the corporation because I wasted money by not having access for five hours and nobody called me back or helped me until I spoke to a nice lady and she seemed to have no issue with helping unlike Leo who gave constant excuses and was very rude

United StatesIt is a noisy position. There was nobody to welcome. Totally nonpersonal attitude. The water tap in the shower gives first warm and later cold water. Should it be in the opposite way?
It has easy access close to metro stations of lines 4,5,6. There is a fridge and microwave and not far is a supermarket to buy some food. There was a coffee and tee for the first breakfast and some items to wash the dishes complimentary.
