This is a great little hotel for family or business travelers. I was there with my toddler and a friend, and we were very comfortable in a ground-level room. Street noise was not a problem. Room was modern (but not soulless) with some cute touches, had black-out curtains, and a spacious sleeping and bathroom area. Bed was comfortable. Basement level has shared work/living/eating space with fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Cute outdoor space as well in the back. The app used to enter/exit worked perfectly.

We liked the quiet location not far from the train station. We walked pretty much everywhere, but the tram was available to take you down to the promenade. Staff was so helpful and nice. Hotel was very clean and lovely.
