José the main guy is super nice and friendly and just there to make sure all your needs are met. The staff are great and they thoroughly clean the room, fresh towels daily, breakfast brought for you the evening before. The TV room is super cute and cosy at night. Loved our stay! Oh and the bed is the best I've ever slept in. One of my favourite places I've stayed. They also have great facilities such as a blender in the kitchen, little coffee machine and they bring tea and coffee for you to make. Great stay, we even extended our trip there!!!

Nastanitev Villa Marilu B&B se nahaja v mestu Bacalar in ponuja brezplačen WiFi, vrt s teraso ter pogled na jezero. The property was pristine! Every part of it is well maintained and clean. The room was confortable and the shower had good pressure and warm water. The dock and the balcony (2 of the rooms) are perfect spots to relax and enjoy the lagoon. We went to explore a cenote with their kayaks. Eduardo was super friendly and responsive. He helped us with restaurants recommendations, taxi reservations and boat tour booking.

It is typically Mexican with so much character. The garden with beautiful flowers, trees and a refreshing pool to cool off in is a haven. Andrea is simply a wonderful person. So kind and was incredibly helpful to us as our car hire did not turn up. She spent hours on the phone for us sorting it out. The breakfast she prepared for us was quite exceptional. I cannot recommend this accommodation and Andrea highly enough.

The cabaña is fully equipped with everything you might need and with the Coffee Bus serving great coffee just outside, breakfast and snacks are easy. We enjoyed the eating oppurtunities just down the street.
