Really nice homestay, Mary and her family were so friendly and helpful and offered a number of tours to Semuc Champey for very reasonable prices. The room itself was very comfortable and cool at nighttime. There was lots of space outside to relax. The restaurant offered really nice food for very reasonable prices from breakfast-dinner. Really good value for money. Thank you!

Wonderfull place in nature. The cabin provides a lot of comfort, with a big bed, sitting area and even a bad to relax and enjoy the view from the mountain. Biggest plus: Darina and Remy, they were the perfect hosts, they took care of all our needs like shuttle service, activities and especially delicious food! (breakfast, lunch and diner). In general, very nice people who are almost always available (by Whatsapp) for their guests. I highly recommend this accomodation if it fits in your budget and itinerary because it's a place like no other and you'll remember it forever!

Amazing hostel/hotel. Staff and people are very nice and helpful with anything you want to do here. You can walk to the national park and the hostel itself organizes a cave tour which I would recommend both! Take at least to nights here and you’ll find the perfect oasis. I do not really understand other comments mentioning expensive food/drinks. Maybe its because they charge you all at the end and people loose track

The restaurant dit not have a lot of options, but the selection they had was broad and the food was really very good! The power in the village went out a few times, but they have a generator in the restaurant, so that is great!

The staff, Werner in particular, we’re very helpful with information and any questions we had. Hotel is basic but clean and good value. Simple but nice breakfasts. Lanquin is a very small village but there’s a nice small restaurant across the street from the hotel

The restaurant/bar has enough to offer and for very affordable prices. Don't expect something from the village Lanquin itself because it has not much to nothing to offer. If you are coming to relax and enjoy the nature, and specifically the Semuc Champey then this is the perfect hostel to spent a couple of nights. Beautiful place to stay!

The photos do not reflect the beautiful view from the cabin and its special location. Remy and Darina make sure that your experience will be not less than amazing, they help with everything you want: Shuttles, tours, explanation of the village, etc.. and of course the food they cook at a very, very high level! We were there for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon and it was very hard for us to leave. Truly this is the most magical place we've spent time in!SapirIsrael
