The room itself was very comfortable and cool at nighttime. There was lots of space outside to relax. The restaurant offered really nice food for very reasonable prices from breakfast-dinner. Wonderfull place in nature. The cabin provides a lot of comfort, with a big bed, sitting area and even a bad to relax and enjoy the view from the mountain. Biggest plus: Darina and Remy, they were the perfect hosts, they took care of all our needs like shuttle service, activities and especially delicious food! (breakfast, lunch and diner). In general, very nice people who are almost always available (by Whatsapp) for their guests. I highly recommend this accomodation if it fits in your budget and itinerary because it's a place like no other and you'll remember it forever!

Paraiso Verde is a recently renovated guest house in Chijoú, where guests can make the most of its garden and bar. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio. The guest house features river views, a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. Wonderful little oasis in the jungle just outside Coban. If you plan to visit Orchigonia and/or if you prefer a quiet place near Coban, it’s perfect! Beds are pretty hard but Otto and family were lovely, the food was good and it was a perfect first stop for us after an overnight flight. Just ask the bus to drop you at Orchigonia turnoff.

Take at least to nights here and you’ll find the perfect oasis. I do not really understand other comments mentioning expensive food/drinks. Maybe its because they charge you all at the end and people loose track
