Very spacious rooms each with its own nice bathroom, a huge living room, very high standard of decoration, great swimming pool facing the incredible view of the Kotor bay, very nicely located above Kotor (a nice little town worths a few hours of visit) and very close to the Tivat airport. We took the place on our last night in Montenegro, before flying out early in the morning and it was perfect (20-minute drive).

I would like to thank the owners of summer retreat. I had the absolute best week of my life and same with the others I stayed with. The host was so sweet, friendly and helpful. The place was amazingly clean and near a beach front. We were well taken care of there. If we will go back to Montenegro, we will definitely stay at summer retreat because I think it's the best place to be. It provides everything you need. It is indeed a HOME FAR AWAY FROM HOME. The house was nice and clean. A big terrace with view to the bay. We was staying six people and we had everything we need, there is all kitchen tools, bathroom tools. House is near a beach, 2 min walk. Around there is a restaurants with great view to the bay. There is local shop 5 min walk. Free parking in the yard for car.

It is literally one of the best places i’ve ever stayed. The host is awesome. There’s absolutely everything that you may need and more inside the house. And the view… you can just sit and look at the mountains and how the planes go up and down from Tivat Airport. Everything you may need like huge groceries stores, gas stations and pharmacies is 5-7 minutes drive.

Communication with Denis and Milica was very spontaneous. They reached out to me on Whatsapp and instructed me about the location. Milica was present to receive me at the gate and gave me a full tour and made herself readily available. The facilities in the room were excellent, beyond what was required by me. Everything was absolutely spotless and clean and seemed new and fresh. All amenities are present, including cooking utensils, cutlery, fresh towels and linen and laundry products. GREAT value for money!

Excellent staff who can solve any your request and make you feel like you are at home. very good location - just 1 min walking to the beach, with area full of good restaurants, and 20 mins walking to the old town. You can have bicycles and portable sun-beds with umbrellas for free from the hotel in case you need them. Tasty breakfast, good and clean pool, jacuzzi and sauna. They also have free parking. Atmosphere is very relaxed, cozy and comfortable.
