This guesthouse is located in Fresnaye beneath the Lion’s Head Mountain and just 200 metres from Sea Point promenade. It offers modern accommodation in relaxing surroundings. I loved the pool and the friendliness of the staff. Really great guest house. Loved the whole experience and they'll definitely see me stay there again.

Situated on the slopes of Signal Hill, the family-run Maartens Guesthouse is set in Fresnaye, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It features an outdoor pool and elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi. We stayed at Maarten’s guesthouse for two days and we loved it a lot! Maarten was very welcoming and gave us a lot of information about Cape Town and how to get to places. His place is peaceful, the pool was great and breakfast was tasty. We definitely recomend!

Everything was fantastic. Liesl was more than an angel. She assisted me in so many ways and really went out of her way. She is the perfect definition of excellent customer service. The staff are very cordial and friendly.
