We went for our honeymoon and they prepared the room with champagne and decorations, this amazing detail melted my heart, you can tell they care. All the staff is super friendly, they were so everything to help you with recommendations for dinner and tours. Derwent house is the best option if you are looking for a “home” feeling, all decorations are amazing, I wanted to buy everything I saw, you can see love and attention in every single detail. Breakfast was espectacular, complete and with good flavor. Afternoon tea, coffee and cakes makes the difference, again you feel taken care of. Thank you to all the staff Luca, Oliver, Gladys, Patience, housekeeping and kitchen for doing our honeymoon very memorable. You won two more customers for life! Will be recommending it as much as we can!

It was a last-minute booking for me as my previous accom plans fell through, but I'm glad it worked out how it did. Everything about both rooms (regular and deluxe suites) was perfect, clean, and tasteful. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the hostess was a whole vibe.

Cape Town is located within 500 meters from Cape Town’s Long Street. all staff is really friendly and helpful. we had the breakfast included reservation. breakfast was delicious. you can find everything at the buffet. point of the hotel is good. hotel is at the middle of between table mountain and waterfront. you can find easily uber to both side.
