There's nothing not to like. Keo, her family and her staff are extremely friendly people, always there to help, recommend things to go and keeping the place very clean. There only a handful of rooms so the place never get crowded. We work online and wifi was great. The balcony is very pleasant in the morning and at night (or anytime of the day really). We also did our laundry, which was done the day itself (20k kip per kilo). I would highly recommend it for a quiet place (apart from the street dogs barking) and away from all the activities of the city center but still very near center (10-15min walk via bamboo bridge or boat)

Organized room, fresh linens, perfect blind door/windows, hot shower and great coffee tea every morning. Andy and other staff are very friendly and let me know the tips to enjoy the locals. That's why the atmosphere is awesome among guests. For me, eye mask or ear plugs are NOT needed even though the morning market(around 5am-11am) is in front of the property! And also air conditioner(made in Japan) is no needed too in the end of Nov. You're lucky. You should definitely stay if there's availability.

Made my booking thru booking.com, but when I arrived at this Villa @ 1pm on the correct day, they had no knowledge of my booking, so I showed the reception my full confirmation details from booking.com. They told me they had no record of my booking and they had no rooms available. After 45 mins of discussion in 35 degree heat, and not even being offered a glass of water, a young man found me a guesthouse nearby. Fortunately, I hadn't paid for the Villa.
