Located along the Nam Khan river in Luang Prabang, Ban Vivanh chambres d'hotes is located a short walk fro the city centre. Nearby landmarks include Mount Phousi, Night Market, Royal Palace Museum and Wat Xiang Thong which are all located under 1 km from the property. There's nothing not to like. Keo, her family and her staff are extremely friendly people, always there to help, recommend things to go and keeping the place very clean. There only a handful of rooms so the place never get crowded. We work online and wifi was great. The balcony is very pleasant in the morning and at night (or anytime of the day really). We also did our laundry, which was done the day itself (20k kip per kilo). I would highly recommend it for a quiet place (apart from the street dogs barking) and away from all the activities of the city center but still very near center (10-15min walk via bamboo bridge or boat)

And also air conditioner(made in Japan) is no needed too in the end of Nov. You're lucky. You should definitely stay if there's availability.

Villa Ban Lakkham is a 5-minute walk to Phu Si Mountain and National Museum. Luang Prabang Airport is a 15-minute drive away. We had the most amazing stay at Ban Lakkham. The lodge is perfectly located, it’s super clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were beyond amazing. Couldn’t recommend it enough (and Luang Prabang). Thank you so much Tom and team.
