Owner is friendly and they offer you banana juice in the morning which is tasty … also they let us shower after checkout as our flight was late at night so we spent time at the beach then went back showered and left … nice place, nice owner

One minute to the beach and you can see the Coconut hill from the room. Nearby (minute by walk) is a spa centrum where you can be treated by massage. The owners were nice :) we did a yoga session with a Slovak lady who blessed our day and we are co grateful we met her, See you soon!

Situated within 500 metres of Mirissa Beach and 1.1 km of Weligambay Beach in Mirissa, Sakura Calm Rest offers accommodation with seating area. We really enjoyed staying here. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect, really close to the beach and restaurants. Very lovely and kind host as well. Would highly recommend staying here while in Mirissa.

Featuring a private beach area, Three Gables Boutique Villa is located in Mirissa, 4.3 km from Whale Watching Mirissa. Everything! Staff - the staff were absolutely fantastic - attentive, helpful, polite and happy. Dinuka and his team went out of there way to ensure our stay was special. Dinuka was always happy to have a conversation and give us interesting facts about Sri Lanka and the food that we were eating, as well offering tips of where to visit during our time. Not only this but Dinuka always showed an interest in what we were doing for the day, and seemed genuinely interested, always asking how it went when we returned to the hotel. Throughout our stays in Sri Lanka and around the world I would say this was best service we have ever received. Food - the breakfast which was included in our stay was nothing short of brilliant. A wide range of things to choose off the menu and huge portions. One of the evenings Dinuka went to a local fish market on the day and chose a fish for us to eat one of the nights which was cooked to perfection in a marinade and served to us on the beach. It is clear that Dinuka and his team have a genuine love of their job, and enjoy providing their guests with the best service possible. We also had dinner in the hotel a few other nights and they offer a wide range of food - all of the food we had was very good and fresh. They also offer a drinks menu with beers and cocktails. It is well catered for all. Facilities - the hotel is on the beach and has a swimming pool also. With only four rooms in the hotel we were often in the pool by ourselves or on the beach by ourselves. The beach is very quiet as there is no public access and as such makes the stay feel that extra bit special. The room was comfortable and had AC. It was clean, tidy and the staff cleaned it daily for us. We also got upgraded on arrival to a slightly bigger room as it was available by Dinuka which was very kind. Although this hotel is expensive, it was definitely worth the money. We spent five nights here and loved our stay.

Location was awesome if you looking for more local and less touristy feel :)) Family is very lovely and helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available on request,reasonable prices. Bonus very delicious traditional Sri Lankan food!! :)) smoothies,fruit juices also available.They have chill area by the beach. Town in walking distance. You can go up the light house on Saturdays, spectacular views. Matara is also not far with transport. Thank you for the wonderful time, much love!
