Hotel in Ledbury
Originally built in 1564, The Feathers Hotel, Ledbury, Herefordshire still maintains much of its original Tudor architecture today, nestled in the historic market town of Ledbury. Placed in the center of Ledbury, easy to find but we arrived in the middle of the town carnival. So we ended up in the Coop parking to begin with near the hotel (restrictions lifted for the carnival!) Got help from the hotel staff and could park at the rear of the hotel when the carnival crowds had gone. Generally people are very helpful so our problems finding a way into Ledbury during the carnival to the hotel were solved. Good breakfast, choice of continental or full english breakfast. Room and hotel were really impressive. We ate out in the evening, good choice of resturants nearby and in the hotel itself, wish we had stayed longer to try them all out. There is a map of the town marking all the places of interest which take you for an easy walk around the town.

Aymestrey
We can’t recommend the Mortimer Trail B&B enough, it was delightful. Perfect location for exploring the Herefordshire area and the Welsh borders. Breakfast was very good and a bonus to be able to eat sitting in the window with a view over the garden and extensive countryside. The three rooms were spacious and well furnished like a private apartment. We slept well in the huge comfortable bed. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and it is extremely likely we will stay there again. Thank you
Super hotel and an excellent restaurant. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spotless. Smart decor and all the facilities you could wish for. Great selection of drinks at the bar and cheerfully served. The evening meal ( Herefordshire beef steak) was really good and outstanding value for money. Breakfast was the same especially the huge bowl of fresh berries. This hotel is an absolute gem. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
Hereford
Prospect Barn is a superbly located for a quiet couple of days away. Situated in rural Herefordshire the views from the property were exceptional. The facilities were first class and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was as if you were in a top hotel and served by our lovely hosts. Excellent places to eat locally in the evening and within easy striking distance of Hereford.
Beautiful Hotel with a nice ambience . Room was exceptional (Portrait Room) . Lounge area has lovely period décor. Very good choice for Breakfast . We had our evening meals at the Hotel again great choice and well prepared. Ledbury is a good staging post to visit Herefordshire , Wye Valley or South Wales.

Such a nice and comfy stay. Really welcoming and really nice staff. The breakfast was just amazing. Would always come back.
Quaint older hotel. Very quiet rooms with deliciously comfortable beds. Luxurious bathrooms with a tub which was great for relaxing. Very friendly staff. I arrived too late for a meal at the local pubs but enjoyed some great Thai food at the bridge Thai restaurant. I has a glorious sleep.
We have stayed at this hotel twice before and have always found it to be of a very high standard. The Manager (Jamie) and the staff run a great operation.
Beautiful setting by the River Wye-lovely area for walks! The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was well-appointed with lovely products and good lighting, scrupulously clean! We loved the cozy restaurant and were very pleased with the excellent quality of the meals, including breakfast. The wait staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating.
The lady directed us to her and waited outside for us to arrive . We were given our key and told all the information which was very helpful . Our room was very large with a choice of beds . Very comfortable sleep . Hot water for the bath was plentiful. Car park to the rear of the house more than ample. We will not hesitate to book and stay there again , we enjoyed it . Breakfast was not a cooked breakfast due to Covid but a packed breakfast placed outside our door . It was alot that we took some with us to stop and eat on the way home.
staff very friendly, restaurant with amazing food
It's like staying in a museum. The place is a treasure chest of history which adds to the charm of the old court house. Rooms were well furnished and large. Have recommended to friends and family. Would stay again.
Fabulous hotel with the most comfy and spotlessly clean room and best cooked breakfast you will find. Owners are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Made to feel really welcome. Would have no hesitation in staying here when next in the area and could recommend staying here without doubt. You will not be disappointed.
