La Maison d'Eté Hotel by NEWMARK features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and bar in Poste Lafayette. The hotel is a real dreamlike boutique hotel. Just WOW! Very quiet and very peaceful! The sea view is truly mesmerizing all day long and has spectacular sunrises! We have even been so lucky to see humpback whales passing by daily at only 100 to 200 meters in front of the hotel! The restaurant is great, and the food is excellent with a great à-la-carte menu with enough options to choose from with even a 3-course menu that changes every day. As we have eaten in the restaurant every evening, we can vouch for the fact that the menu does not get boring. As stated by other guests, some dishes require paying a half board supplement, however that is completely appropriate as the quality is appropriate. The room cleaning staff is amazing with a tidy room every day. Next, whilst having dinner in the evening, the staff even refresh your room and bed + leaving a lovely local chocolate treat! But what stands out the most, that is the staff!!! What an amazing staff La Maison d'Eté Hotel has! Impeccable service, very kind and very helpful! It is due to the staff that this hotel is checking all the boxes! To all the staff, thank you for making our stay very memorable! This tropical hideaway in Poste de Flacq offers luxurious air-conditioned suites and villas with Indian Ocean views. It has secluded beaches and the exclusive Le Barachois floating restaurant. Fantastic 5* resort! Our junior suite was clean and spacious and conveniently located next to a swimming pool. The hotel is 25 years old, but it is kept in a pristine condition. There are a lot of top-class amenities and a number of high-quality restaurants — we liked every dish we had during our stay. Both swimming pools are exceptional, and there is a wine cellar and a sauna. Above all, we enjoyed a library. You literally have to go for One&Only, which is in a totally different price range, to (slightly) beat Prince Maurice when it comes to the quality of the facility. Senior staff members in WhatsApp concierge service (such as Imtiaz, Yash and Phoung) are qualified and helpful with reservation of restaurants and activities. When our return flight was cancelled due to a strike, they managed to prolong our stay for one night — despite a short notice and low availability during high season. We specifically looked for a hideaway resort, hence we enjoyed the distant location of Prince Maurice and absolute silence at nights. Those looking for nightlife and Mauritian street vibes should consider hotels located in the coastal towns.

Stretching along 2 km of private beachfront and with an offshore coral reef, Constance Belle Mare Plage includes 7 restaurants and 6 bars. Nice sparse rooms with a good view. Everyday cleaning incl. preparing beds in evenings. The personnel was helpful and friendly. The restaurants are excellent with a very good food selection. The kids club was really good and our son (7y) enjoyed it.

Set along the white sandy beach on the East Coast of Mauritius in Belle Mare, The Residence offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi. It features an outdoor swimming pool and spa centre with a sauna. The best thing of this hotel is the staff! Seeing in our travel period the occupancy was under 20% we stayed a week and a big thanks to all the staff.Without them no hotel no hotel is anything! We were greater daily by the breakfast team with a wonderful breakfast buffet! Many thanks to Julie,Yasmin,Jessica,Bandana and our Chef Moonsamy who probably makes the best omelette we have tasted! The evening restaurant team and bar always made sure everything was fine with a 5 star rotation buffet menu! Special thanks to the Chef Sanguy who always had a smile for us and a small story! The whole kitchen team was fabulous! The hotel has many features and we enjoyed the beaches there and the pool! The rooms are spacious and the housekeeping crew with the floor butler looked after everything perfectly! Front office staff were very professional with concierge and the gardeners look after the property so it was a pleasure to enjoy the nature! I can recommend this hotel to travelers who want to relax and enjoy sophisticated food and service! My wife and son will be back and thanks to all involved to make our week stay memorable!

Facing the white-sand beach of Belle Mare, across the street, located along the preserved east coast, the Sunrise Attitude (Adults Only) hotel offers air-conditioned rooms. Highly recommended! We love everything about this hotel - the facilities, the staff and the food. There are two big swimming pools, many restaurants and bars. The resort is bigger than we expected! The options are plenty and there is live cooking. Every night they have different activities like live singers, karaoke, etc. The staff are absolutely friendly and made us feel like we are the only guests at the hotel.The hotel is about one hour and a half from the airport and easy to reach. We used a booking.com taxi option /around 25 euro/. The hotel is right next to a beautiful sandy beach. There are many sunbeds and umbrellas - free of charge. The room is not so big, but the beds are super super comfy! We booked a half board option which means that the drinks at dinner are not included /just for information - this is the all hotels policy in Mauritius/. We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed it!

Offering free boat trips to Île aux Cerfs Island, Tropical Attitude is an adults-only, beachfront hotel in a garden with coconut trees. The room and the view were amazing, perfect retreat if you're looking for peace and privacy. Shoutout to the entire team for a great service!

With the Grand-Port mountain range as a backdrop, Laguna Beach Hotel & Spa is located along the South East coast of the island in Grand River South East. It features a pool, spa and a gym. The service was outstanding, the staffs were very nice, kind, humble. The foods were just delicious. I thank Laguna team from the bottom of my heart. My wife appreciated the surprise birthday cake which were offered from the hotel.At a rating of 10 You were 20/10. Thank you so much.
